TechRoadmap.com (“TechRoadmap”) is operated by Tech Bootcamp LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to this website, its content, its free waitlist, and its Contact and Careers forms. Please use the website only if you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle personal information.

2. The current website and waitlist
The website introduces a product that is being developed. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a paid subscription, reserve a guaranteed place, enroll you in a course, establish an employment relationship or require a purchase.
The roadmap, career-match, learning and progress screens are demonstrations of the proposed experience. They are not an assessment of you or a guarantee that every illustrated feature will be available at launch. Availability, launch timing, features and future pricing may change.
If we offer a paid service later, its price, scope, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before you buy. These website terms do not create a refund policy or sales contract for a service that you have not purchased.
3. Eligibility and your information
The website and waitlist are intended for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate name and contact information. Submit only an email address or optional phone number that you control or are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person or sign someone up without permission.
By opting in to the waitlist, you request TechRoadmap.com launch updates and early-access invitations by email. TechRoadmap.com is operated by Tech Bootcamp LLC. Providing an optional phone number does not authorize marketing calls or text messages. You can withdraw that permission at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these terms does not by itself provide consent to unrelated marketing.
4. Career information and outcomes
Website content is general educational and career-planning information. It is not a job offer, recruitment placement, accredited qualification or individualized professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating learning resources, qualifications and employment opportunities in light of your circumstances.
The Careers form lets you express interest in working with TechRoadmap. Submitting it does not confirm that a position is open, guarantee a response or interview, or create an employment relationship.
We do not guarantee a job, interview, salary, promotion, certification or a particular time to enter tech. References to a 90-day roadmap describe a planning period, not a promise of employment within 90 days. Example match percentages, activities and progress do not represent measured outcomes for you.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You must not:
- Attempt to access restricted systems, private data or another person’s information.
- Disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code or submit spam.
- Use automated requests in a way that damages or materially burdens the service.
- Copy or misuse content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
- Use the site to deceive, harass or violate applicable law.
We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the site or other people, subject to applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual property
The TechRoadmap name, branding, designs, text and other website materials are owned by Tech Bootcamp LLC or used under permission, except where another owner is identified. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive permission to view and use the website for its intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership or grant rights to resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our materials.
Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by applicable law. Other names or marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. External resources
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or information. We do not control those websites, their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply to your use of their services. A link does not guarantee the quality, availability or suitability of a resource.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free access or that every item of general information will remain current. We may update, suspend or discontinue the free website or waitlist.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the website or your independent career, training or purchasing decisions.
